"Not up to standards."

Stayed over for a medical appointment the next day. We were not impressed with this Hampton. My wife noticed some bugs around the in-room fridge. We mentioned it to the desk person upon checking out and she seemed to care less. Breakfast was a total disappointment. Never again!

Check-in was great - kudos to Jeffrey. Sadly room not so great. Upon emptying fridge in morning live bugs were observed in the cabinet where fridge was located. Mentioned to desk person upon check out but she seems to brush it off. Breakfast was subpar.
