"嘘つき四つ星ホテル"

結論から言います。駐車場代について嘘をつかれて余計な支払いをしました。お金の問題ではなく誠実さの問題だと思うのでここに記録します。土日月と３泊しました。旅の疲れで、土曜日の15:00から月曜日の09:00まで路上の駐車場が無料である旨を失念したままチェックイン。駐車場を訪ねたところ、宿の駐車場があるから使ってねと言われました。今回は長期のスペイン滞在。他の都市、他の宿では路上が無料だから勿体無いよとの案内がありましたが、このホテルでは案内なしでした。日曜日の昼間に路上の駐車場が無料であることを思い出し、フロントの男性に「路上って無料だよね？なんで案内なかったの？今からでも間に合うかな？」と相談しました。結果、今日（日曜日）の分はいいから土曜日と月曜日の40€を支払うことで合意しました。確実に。私としては案内不十分だった土曜日の料金も支払う必要はないと考えますが、お互いに譲り合いということでこの結果に着地しました。そしてチェックアウトへ。かなり年配のメガネをかけた男性にしっかり3日分の60€（1日/20€）を請求されました。あなたの同僚（髭の生えた男性）と確かに40€で合意したよ？と伝えました。引き継ぎを確認すると言って帰ってきたら、そんな事実は知らないと言われました。フライトの時間が迫っていたしスタッフの態度が悪すぎたので、諦めて60€支払ってホテルを出ました。冒頭にも書きましたがもう一度。お金の問題ではなく誠実さの問題であると考えます。こっちが折れて60€払うよと言った時のスタッフの対応、一言の謝罪もなく、周りのスタッフから冷たい目で見られ、最悪な気分で宿を後にしました。四つ星ホテルなら事情を察して20€折れるか、せめてお詫びの一言でも添えてくれればと思いました。申し訳ないですが因果応報。全ての評価を１でお返しします。

Siempre se puede mejorar por supuesto pero un muy grato el trato del señor que nos recibió en recepción super profesional el personal del restaurante también le pongo un 10 fantásticos es verdad que al hotel le hace falta un poco de obra y modernizar algo el hotel porque tiene un sitio fantástico para los que viajamos en tren .felicidades por vuestro trato

Iba con unas amigas para el concierto de BTS en Madrid, y la verdad que estuvo genial el hotel. Limpio, bien conservado, y la cama fue tan cómoda que me dormí nada más tumbarme en ella. El personal muy amable. La chica que nos tomó los datos (Alba, creo recordar) nos trató súper bien e incluso nos asignó habitaciones cerca al ver que íbamos juntas. Gracias Alba! ☺️

Lo único que mejoraría son las almohadas. A pesar de coger la segunda del armario, me dolió un poco el cuello.
