The hotel was really nice - the lobby is so cute. The room was big and clean, and comfortable!

They ran out of complimentary breakfast quickly. We weren't able to stick around to see if they refilled it, so the issue may have been resolved. Booking.com showed the room was two queens, but they were double beds. Still a very reasonable rate, but definitely would have preferred queen beds. Were too tired to worry about it in the moment, though!

Clean, easy location

No help, just 1 person at front desk and was never there. The pillows are tiny and hard(awful). Only shampoo and body wash in one. No lotion, etc. Said there is a restaurant and bar! The man said no! And he didn't speak good english!

Location is great with easy access off the freeway. My wife says it's the most comfortable hotel bed she's ever slept in! A lot of reviews mention paying for parking. The new owners did away with that so no parking fee. Price is very reasonable even for the king bed suite. Ours had a view of the parking lot but we weren't there for the view.

Room TV is mounted low. TV is about a 32". 3rd party ad states free breakfast. There is no free breakfast. There is a on site restaurant offering breakfast for $9.

Location was far enough off highway to not hear traffic. Our room was quiet. Owners were wonderful, just bought the hotel recently. Lots of space in the room and bathroom.

Need grab bars in shower.
