"Breakfast buffet price is to much. Need to make sure food is hot"

Eggs were cold. No bacon and way way over priced.

The lady who checked us in was rude and did not know how to do her job. Thank goodness for the very very nice young lady who checked us out when we left as she fixed the other person mistake. I stay there because it's near my sons and I feel safe, however, I may look for another place to start staying at

I liked how the room looked and the bed was super comfortable.

For the price room appliances could be updated like the TV, had issues with the TV. And there was a strong smell, like old eggs. Food too expensive for what I paid for 2 nights.

"Probably won’t stay again as it’s overpriced."

The buffet was very overpriced and as a guest there should have been a discount. The dinner that we ordered from Trotters was cold… won’t ever eat there again. I’ll stay at places that offer breakfast with the reservation..

The overpriced buffet and no discount unless booked thru the website. I used Booking.com and I feel I should have still got a breakfast voucher … as I was still a guest at your hotel.
