Front desk staff was not very polite. The lobby and main hallways areas smelled like brussel sprouts. Things are definitely outdated - old tvs, worn out towels, stains on carpet, etc. also all the drink machines were sold out of water during our entire stay.

The hotel is clean, tastefully decorated, and in excellent condition. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We booked direct, and we received a voucher for a discount on the breakfast buffet, which was abundant and tasty. We will choose Town & Country again when in Charleston!
