Louisville Marriott Downtown

Stayed for 4 days during Louder than Life to get away from the party and get some sleep. Worked perfectly, place was quiet,clean and despite a conference on-site relaxing. Perfect location downtown on the urban bourbon tour across from the convention center and walking distance to 4th street live and Hyatt. Only drawback outside is homeless but not as aggressive as NY or the northeast. Front desk, housekeeping and valet all on top of their game. On-site bar was very good,restaurant not bad but the Omni market place across the street stole the show.

I have stayed at this hotel before and always had very good experiences. However, this time was different. It was clear that there was a lack of staff, and the employees seemed overwhelmed with work. Despite their effort and good attitude, the service felt slower and more disorganized compared to my previous visits. It’s unfortunate, because I always considered this hotel excellent, but on this occasion it did not meet the same standard

Spent three days at a conference here last week. A big recommendation if you need a hotel for a big business meeting. Plenty of rooms available for speakers and any type of breakout sessions you’re looking for. It’s walking distance to everything that you want to get to in downtown Louisville. I had some free time and I was able to get to a couple places I wanted to visit. Decent gym with a sufficient number of cardio equipment. I did not take advantage of the pool. The M Club was adequate; a bit on the small side, but there was never an issue finding a seat. I did not dine at any of the restaurants in the hotel; plenty of establishments close by to choose from. A quick 15 minute Uber ride to the airport.

Check in was at 4pm they found me a room at 11am we were going to a festival and we had a couple hrs to relax before going after a long drive

Only 2 complaints were the AC wouldn’t go below 72 and the toilet paper was see through.

Great Hotel. Great restaurant. Great bar.

Very nice property. The hotel staff were all great! The hotel quickly handled a disturbance by a homeless man outside the Porch Kitchen.(open windows) We can recommend the hotel. Unfortunately we can't recommend Downtown Louisville. The downtown is very rundown. We didn't feel safe walking around it.

Only thing that I can say negative iOS there’s no shopping close by but I love the area we were in

Clean hotel, great lobby area and comfortable bedding! Walkable to many restaurants.
