Sehr freundliche, hilfreiche Menschen an der Rezeption. Leckeres Frühstück.

Das Erste das missfällt, ist die Tatsache, dass bei Booking die ersten 3 Bilder einen Pool zeigen. Was für eine schöne Werbung. Allerdings ist er in Ihrer Zimmerbuchung nicht kostenlos enthalten. Direkt nach der Buchung, erfährt man in einer Benachrichtigung (unter anderem) dass der Pool Teil des Wellnessbereichs ist. Dessen Nutzung soll für 90 Minuten 20€ kosten. In der Beschreibung der Hotelausstattung steht nicht hinter jedem Wellness-Angebot, dass es kostenpflichtig ist, so dass vor der Buchung unklar ist, was nun bezahlt werden muss. Deshalb erwähne ich es hier. Zweitens ist das "Superior" - Doppelzimmer nicht das, was sich viele Gäste unter dem Begriff "superior" vorstellen. Es ist ein ganz normales Doppelzimmer. Dass es keinen Balkon hat, kann man in der Zimmer-Ausstattung nachlesen. Augen auf.
