Property needs repair, rooms need repair, rooms not clean, management accused me of lying about blood on a towel and accused me of recording them on my phone when I was actually on hold with Expedia desperately trying to swap to new hotel! Horrible.

"Dropping out in paradise"

8.0

The views are spectacular! Resort managers and chef went above and beyond to make our anniversary magical - flowers on our bed and fun pillow gifts of local rum and soap. They were incredibly kind about accommodating my food allergies and helped us set up dining off property as well The breakfasts were varied and delicious. We ate at the resort nearly every night and enjoyed fish, lamb, Asian tuna, and stuffed chicken -all delicious! Also they had an amazing prosciutto cantaloupe salad I wish o could have every day! Try the Birds Nest one night for dinner -incomparable experience! Literally eating in a tree house with orchids along the trunk! Very fun selection of scotches for after dinner and great mojitos at the pool bar Spa has the best view ever and there are tree roots growing through the wall Remember that it’s an island so there is wear and tear that’s hard to stay on top of and you may not get certain items if they don’t arrive on the weekly cargo delivery. Relax and be blown away by kind service and natural beauty And if stairs are a challenge you may need to find another location, maybe another island. It is quite vertical. Should rooster crowd and night-calling birds bother you, pack ear plugs. They start in early and are magnificently vocal

"Awesome Management!"

10.0

This place is truly a gem! The scenery was gorgeous and the food was spectacular. But, the best part of our stay was getting to the host and hostess. They were so attentive and hospitable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and enjoy our anniversary.

"Queens Hotel= Must Stay"

10.0

Trust that this hotel is the place to stay in Saba/The Bottom..... Food= excellent ( Saba Lobster+++), accommodations are spot on, drinks/atmosphere/staff/scenery/etc are well done. Take the hike directly from the hotel entrance up to Mt. Scenery- be prepared just as everyone describes- good uphill climb but very doable. Walked into The Bottom multiple times for the local flare- all good experiences. Also take the Ladder hike down to the water.

"A restful and relaxing escape"

10.0

We stayed at Queens Garden during the first week of 2023. Our time was cut short by some unexpected travel delays but we were able to reach the resort and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our changes in timing. The resort has spectacular views and sits high on the mountain overlooking The Bottom. The resort is walking distance to most of the restaurants in The Bottom but a car or taxi is needed to reach other areas of Saba comfortably. The restaurant at the resort serves a very tasty breakfast that our family enjoyed a lot. We also enjoyed the evenings when dinner was available with several options and unique dishes from all over the world. The hiking and time spent relaxing with family was great and Queens Garden is well situated to make your trip to Saba a wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back!

"Excellent"

Queen Gardens have very spacious and clean rooms. The staff showed extreme interest in meeting our needs and making our stay enjoyable. They were very helpful. The food was well prepared and tasty. The only thing I will recommend is that they extend the meal variety. We were able to freely express suggestions to add to the upkeep of the environment which was well received. Thanks to Queen Gardens for helping us to have a great vacation in Saba.

"Needs a Gordon Ramsay Hotel Makeover"

4.0

This hotel is in bad shape and all aspects of the property were in disrepair. The front office was disorganized, cluttered, and smelled like smoke. Our room hadn't been redone in years and the furniture was outdated and odd. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was bad including a sink that didn't work right. The pool area including the pavers, wood deck, and pool bathrooms need to be redone. Tons of cockroaches at night. BAD

"The only Place I will stay in Saba 💙"

10.0

Let me just start out by saying this hotel made my vacation exceptional . My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick weekend and had a fabulous time . Julian greeted us and was so accommodating to let us have an early check in as our flight arrived very early . As soon as I entered the room of suite 11 and saw the view I was in heaven . Big glass windows that open all the way and the view looked like a painting . I sat there for hours with my man sipping champagne just taking in the view. The next day after a morning scuba dive we had lunch at the restaurant . I requested the table that's in the tree house and let me tell you it was an incredible experience . Being a chef myself for over 20 years I can honestly say the food was outstanding . Colorful bright dishes with amazing flavors cooked to perfection . Chef Andrew came and greeted us and I thanked him for this insanely good meal with a beautiful view. Carlos the manager was always around and helping with anything we needed including booking me a wonderful massage in there spa. I will be back for sure to visit Saba and the Queens Gatden is the only place I will stay . 💙
