Ease of where I was going

The rooms were clean but the furniture and appliances looked like it needed to been thrown out ! The bed and pillows were comfortable There was some type of rolling noise after hours that lasted 3 hrs. I would have expected more from Hotel by Wyndham.

The water was HOT!! Almost to hot

Had to wait 5 - 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. Says check-in starts at 1pm. I got there at 1:30. I requested a smoking room. None were ready so I had to take a non-smoking room. The Room itself is smaller then my bedroom. The rag bar in the bathtub was broken in half. The stopper did not work so I had to take a shower rather then the Hot Bath I was looking forward to. There was a 3 inch piece of scotch tape stuck to the wall behind the bathroom door. There were no necessities except 2 bars of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo + conditioner. I would say you get what you pay for except I feel it is over priced for what you get!!

I ask for a non smoking room. The room smelled of lingering smoke. I got nauseous from the smell. Could not stay there.

This property was not clean or safe. My grandchild had an accident on the bed and when i removed the sheets, the bed had mold on it.

Ice machine was not working. But everything else was fine in the room
