Room after a heavy rain started leaking, called the staff and immediately I was changed to another room.

The first floor has been renovated and looks amazing; the breakfast is of high quality; the staff is friendly, very helpful, and competent.

The restaurant functioned as a bar (rather a club) on one day, playing extremely loud music until 5 a.m. (absolutely unacceptable for a hotel if this standard and price); the rooms are well-maintained, but could profit from a little face lift; there is not much difference between standard (had one last year) and superior rooms, except the room and tv screen size.

The facility stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, exceptional maintenance, and captivating mid modern aesthetics.

The front desk customer service from the moment we arrived until we left was undeniably intrusive and uncomfortable. They incessantly monitored our presence, even interrupting us mid-conversation and in front of other guests to inquire about our room number. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and borders on discrimination, making our experience genuinely displeasing. I also found a bug in my bed.
