Panorama Mountain Resort - Ski Tip Tamarack Condos

We stayed in unit 301 and couldn’t have more pleased! The condo was very roomy for the 4 of us. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the corner balcony. It over looked the pools and Mile 1 Express lift. The only thing we ran into a problem with was the parking. The 1st level was full and we didn’t realize that there is another parking level. Another vacationer told us that there was about P2, which I thought that should have been conveyed at check in. Great place to stay.

I liked the amenities but I didnt like when I book through Expedia for Toby Creek/Horsetheif Condos and the facility change it at checkin. Very disappointing, staff is also very rude, not very accomodating. She keeps telling that its an Upgrade but I didnt ask for Upgrade? She keeps arguing. I wonder why is she working at Front Desk Help? Worst experience ever with Customer Service.

Mix up on room choice led to a bit of a lengthy delay to get put in to proper accommodations ... took longer than necessary. Outside of that service was fine and place was clean enough but the quality of bedding was less than exemplary ... especially for the price.

For off seaon it was quite and pleasant with plenty to do.

This was a good stay for our family with all we needed for our 2 night stay. I think our unit could use a really in depth cleaning but otherwise it was good.

The bed in our room, and the pull-out couch were really uncomfortable. There was also no air conditioning and out room was very warm at night which made it hard to sleep. There was a boil water advisory put in place after I'd already booked the trip, and we weren't able to cancel. This made it difficult with a toddler. We paid for 3 nights, but after 2 we decided to leave and go home early because we were so uncomfortable.

I didn’t like the smallness of the room. It was small for four people and there was no air conditioning which made the room really hot. But I loved how the room gave us rentals of glass plates and cups.

Really liked the Gondola ride, the proximity to hiking trails and the hot pools and cold pool with slides.

Beautiful views and great walking trails. Rides and such a bit pricey but beautiful place overall
