Tivoli La Caleta Resort

We were a family of 4 and had an absolutely superb 7 nights stay. All members of staff were helpful and polite, the room and balcony was fantastic, the gardens were well established and very green/lush and the hotel’s atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay again

An amazing hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to the time that we left. Beautiful pools and bedrooms. Every aspect of the hotel was impeccably clean, and in an ideal location. I think that you would struggle to find a better selection at breakfast anywhere in the World. The prices of food and drink is very expensive, and the need to pay €600 upon arrival to cover food and drink purchases did come as a surprise, and only being given a small bottle of water each day in the room was not sufficient for a family of three - more water should be accessible.

Just returened from a 7 night stay at Tivoli La Caleta. Haven't stayed here since 2018 and the transfer from Sheraton to Tivoli. From arriving at around 7.30pm until departure, the staff and team were simply outstanding. All were similes and very pleasant throughout my entire stay. My room 160 on the ground floor was perfect. Cleaned every day and a turndown service provided in the evening with complimentary chocolates and water every day. Room size was perfectly adequate for myself and my daughter. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding with so many options to choose from and the food/drinks provided were very fresh and good quality. The grounds and pool areas throughout the property are outstanding and it's great that the pools were heated. All in all, can't wait to return to this beautiful property.

I got a sinus infection from the air- condition system in the room and had to seek medical assistance. There are not nearly enough umbrellas around the swimming pools. Constant music in the pool area and smell of food. Pool life savers constantly talking on the walkie -talkies so with ringing sound from the equipment. When I politely asked the young boy with braces to put it on low volume he looked at me arrogantly, and said "don´t worry, I am leaving". And then it continued next day. Very little or no assistance with moving umbrellas or turning sunbeds.

Carla gave the best service. This resort and the entire experience have been amazing. The food is great and everyone is extremely kind. Carla made our experience so much better with her help and kindness.

Had a great holiday at Tivoli La Caleta. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a great area for those who prefer to not experience the likes of Las Americas. We were half board and the choices at meal times were very good, with a changing theme for dinner. While we were there our daughter turned 17. The concierge Fanni couldn’t have done more. Without asking, she had organised balloons, writing on her room mirror, a cake and Nosecco. It made her birthday even more special. A shout out to Darian in the sports bar too, who was very helpful and looked after us very well.

Da migliorare l’attenzione al cliente nel servizio colazione e cena a buffet i cameriere devono essere continuamente sollecitati per ordinare bevande e sparecchiare.

This was the 3rd time we had stayed here in this hotel as a family so we were very familiar with it. The hotel is very clean, breakfast has plenty of offerings and its location is situated well for a walk into La Caleta or into Adeje for dinner in the evenings. The hotel only does light entertainment in the evenings which I think sometimes lets it down a little. The pool is a great size and well maintained with plenty of pool towels for use throughout the day. The Northern Irish guy at the pool is a real asset to the hotel as he always strives for sales and interacts well with the customers suggesting drinks etc. I think from a loyalty perspective returning customers should be acknowledged-this was our 3rd time visiting for a week and whilst I know upgrades aren’t always possible, a bottle of Prosecco or a personalised note in the room goes a long way towards feeling the loyalty has been noticed.
