Tivoli La Caleta Resort

First time here and loved it. From the welcome

Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Plenty of pool space for the number of guests. Super friendly staff at breakfast, very impressive breakfast buffet. Easy walk to La Caleta for dinners, quick to get a taxi from the front of the hotel to destinations a bit further away.

Staff at bar wasn't particularly warm and friendly, in contrast with staff at other venues throughout the hotel. Spa was a bit overrated - massages were fine but not great, spa felt abandoned rather than serene.

We have visited several hotels in Tenerife and this is undoubtedly one of the best. I really liked the layout of the pool area and the sunbeds with the sea-view being an extra bonus. We stayed in a "partial ocean view" room in order to book interconnecting doors. The rooms were very tasteful, a great size with a lovely balcony area and amazing views of the ocean. It definitely didn't feel like a "partial" view! The balconies would benefit from a sun-lounger as they were a lovely sun trap later on in evening when it became a bit cool at the pool. There's definitely enough space for at least one and I think this would be a nice addition. I changed the room-type direct with the hotel after booking with jet2 and the communication was prompt and helpful. The pools were colder than others we've stayed at in Tenerife and, personally, I think they should be a bit warmer. We ate lunch a couple of times at the pool but I wasn't overly-impressed with the food so we ate at a nearby restaurant after that. I think the menu should have a few more salads. The location of the hotel is a bit further out than what we're used to. However, if you like the La Caletta area this place is perfect for you! My son had a Padel lesson one day which he thoroughly enjoyed. My teenagers probably wouldn't choose to stay here again but it's definitely somewhere I would like to visit again.

We were fortunate to find this hotel and enjoyed a wonderful week at a terrific location. There were some excellent local restaurants nearby which complimented our stay. Would recommend a visit.

Ondanks het feit dat dit toch wel een groot hotel is, krijg je nooit het gevoel van drukte. De mooie en zeer verzorgde tuinen zorgen ervoor dat de ruimte rond de verschillende zwembaden en restaurants gecompartimenteerd is en dat er geen geluidsoverlast is. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geweldig professioneel. Het ontbijtbuffet is top: prima kwaliteit en heel uitgebreid, moeilijk om iets op te noemen dat er niet was. Leuke kamers met al het nodige comfort. Prima regendouche en heerlijke grote zachte handdoeken die zelfs 's avonds opnieuw vervangen werden als je gedoucht had. De ligging van het hotel is ook schitterend: vlak bij het strand en ontzettend veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Een grote plus is de gratis parkeergarage.

Resortul arata superb, foarte modern si aproape de ocean, linistit, staff extrem de amabil, camera spatioasa si baie imensa cu dus si cada, am primit si lucruri precum periuta de dinti, lip balm, bomboane de ciocolata, apa zilnic, acestea pe langa clasicii papuci, halate etc., mancare absolut geniala, noi am avut half board asa ca mancarea si de la micul dejun si de la cina a fost minunata, feluri variate pentru toate gusturile, nici nu am apucat sa gustam din tot.

Putin departe de magazine si centru, dar nu ne a incomodat pentru ca ne a placut linistea, plus ca ne am asumat aceasta avand in vedere ca nu am inchiriat masina.
