After a disastrous stay at Sandals in Jamaica a few weeks back (where I had to check out the very next day due to poor service and food quality), I knew I needed a do-over for this vacation. I decided to do tje Grand Cayman and located the RItz- a brand I first experienced years ago in Jamaica—and I’m thrilled to say that absolutely nothing has changed: their service remains world-class. From the seamless pre-arrival communication to the lightning-fast and stress-free check-in process, every detail was handled with such care and professionalism that I immediately felt like the only guest on the property. This is the level of service I dream of when traveling, and The Ritz-Carlton delivered flawlessly. So many staff members made our stay unforgettable, but I must especially thank Simone, who provided impeccable turn-down service, and Tashania, who both checked us in and out. She set the tone for our stay with warmth and professionalism from the moment we arrived and made sure we left on just as high a note. Everything about this experience was magical—the food, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and above all, the people who make it extraordinary. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, for restoring my faith in luxury travel. I will absolutely be back!

Beautiful Resort! Friendly and safe!

Loved this resort. Beautiful updated rooms. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food was top notch too! The beach was perfection right in front of the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, no matter how big or small my requests were. The Front Office team is absolutely exceptional when it comes to hospitality. Every single member of the staff is genuine, friendly, and dedicated to making you feel like royalty. I also want to give a special shoutout to some incredible staff members: Jacklyn, Kayla, Nelis, Catherine, and Tanisha. They were absolute standouts during my stay, each going above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing time. Whether it was helping with requests, offering recommendations, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile, they made my stay feel incredibly personal and special. A huge thank you to the phenomenal and hardworking bell staff, especially Godfrey, Willy, and Sham. These gentlemen truly go the extra mile to make every guest feel like a priority, greeting you with warmth and ensuring everything is taken care of with a smile. Their dedication and kindness made my experience even more memorable. The concierge team was also incredibly helpful and on point throughout my stay. George was especially amazing, assisting with every request and even saving the day when I realized I didn’t have a transfer included for my excursion to the Crystal Caves. He quickly handled the situation and ensured I was all set. I also want to thank Raymond and Claver from the concierge team for their support and excellent recommendations – they made sure everything went smoothly and helped me make the most of my time on the island. A truly memorable experience was my time at the spa. The spa team not only provided amazing massages and therapies, but their warmth and friendliness helped me feel completely at ease. The therapy was so much more than just physical relaxation – it was a moment for me to truly unwind and find mental peace. I left feeling rejuvenated, both physically and emotionally, thanks to the care and attentiveness of the spa team. I can't wait to return and be greeted by their warm, welcoming smiles. The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman is a stunning property with unique charm, and the surrounding area offers so much to see and do. Service was very slow at times in the restaurants Value for money and choice of food was poor . For example , expected to pay £50 a day for breakfast buffet but not much choice for vegans and those with a dairy allergy - for example, the bread and potatoes all had dairy in them.
