The room and how comfortable it was

The heat in the room was not working to good because it's a big room and the heter or very small for the rooms and when you pay over 200 dollars for a room the heat should work for one night

The hotel was very uniquely decorated. It was in a convenient location. It was very pet friendly. Having the diner right across the hall from our room was a plus. We were even able to bring our dog in his stroller into the diner while we had dinner.

I think the people who stay here should be stricter with their ratings. It doesn’t even come close to deserving a 7. As soon as you arrive, you can see that the neon lights (eye-catching because it’s a Route 66 hotel) are blocked by a trailer, making the hotel barely visible. Upon entering, you’re hit by a strong smell of dampness. The “window” of the room faces a hallway, so if you don’t close the curtains, everyone can see in. The shower has very low water pressure, making it difficult to shower. The final blow is being told that there is no breakfast, even though it’s specified in the booking. I think the change in management hasn’t done it any favors.
