Very good hotel thanks to Ferdiyan bellman, good attitude helping for booking train and also he arrange transportation for us. Very closed location from masjid al haram. Inshaa Allah I will come back here on December, thank you very much

Everything was perfect; loved everything about my stay: reception staff were very welcoming, and breakfast was good the proximity to the Haram makes it the best spot in Makkah; the restaurant staff in Zamzam, and ALtayebat were very welcoming and hospitable; house keeping staff were the best i have seen. thanks for your hospitality and looking forward tor next visit Thanks for concierge team moutaz kasham
