"Tarifa excesiva productos minibar"

No estaban los precios del minibar. Pensamos que eran productos de cortesía del hotel y tras nuestra marcha recibimos un correo en el que se nos requería una cuantía elevada por los productos consumidos. Antes de su consumición busqué la lista de precios pero esta no estaba en la habitación. La almohada no era en absoluto cómoda . No corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Personal muy amable

tuve que esperar mas de una hora en el pasillo porque se cerro la puerta con mis cosas dentro y no eramos capaces de abrirla, se enfrió mi cena no tuvieron un detalle por esto
