Thank you so much for everything you have done for us — it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the room to the restaurant, the activities, the surroundings, and especially the birthday surprise, we loved every single detail. We felt so much warmth during our stay, and two days were simply not enough. You will be the reason we return to Bali again. "Ubed, even in the off season!"

We really enjoyed our time at the resort and wished we could have stayed longer than 2 days! The facilities are lovely, and we got to enjoy traditional Balinesian dance. All of the staff was so attentive and friendly, we can't remember every name but we appreciate Dewa, Juli, and Koming and everyone.

"Lovely hotel, amazing staff, great breakfast but poor dinner."

We've stayed here a few times & it never dissappoints. The rooms are clean, although in need of a few repairs/refurbishment in places. Staff are excellent & beyond. They couldn't be more friendly & helpful. The views are wonderful & the hotel actually has some moderate facilities (gym, spa, pool, etc.) but they could all do with improving. The breakfasts are always excellent. Rather strangly, they've changed their dinner menu to be more western & the food was bland & poor. Shame, because their breakfasts & local cuisine have always been excellent.
