"Small and functional, good enough for 2N stay"

The location is good, as it is near to the Sapporo Station, as well as Odori Park. Single room is very small but functional and comfortable enough. For a budget hotel it meets all my needs. The only problem is that the room carpet has a stale smell and that affected me quite a bit.

This is APA, so it’s properly a business hotel. Do not come here expecting to have a lot of space if you’re in Hokkaido to shop a lot. The front desk is great and helped me with my luggage at checkout. It was quiet enough and very close to the station as well as many other places.
