"Excellent"

Hotel was in a good location in North West OKC. Handy for Quail Springs Mall and nearby restaurants. Very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been improved - too many disposables and the waffle maker was messy.

"Ready access respite"

Nice and quiet yet well-located to Interstate access and shopping/restaurants. Comfortable bed and shower.

"Very Pleasent Stay"

We stayed for 3 nights due to appointments and just hanging out for the weekend. I was never distrubed in the middle of the night. There were no loud noises that woke me up. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a hole in our sheet, but it didn't really bother me. The TV also had a blue tint the whole time. The lady at the front desk told me it was because people had complained about the tvs being to bright, so the put blue filters on them. No problem. We dealt with it and we really didn't watch that much TV. The pool is small, but I saw that in the pictures. I believe my kids were the only kids in the whole hotel, because we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. I saw MAYBE 4 other people in the pool over the 3 days we were there. The shower was really nice and the bathroom was very pretty. Seems updated compared to the rest of the hotel room. The AC made a weird "hissing" sound when the fan turns off. It was weird at first but it didn't bother me. There was defentily enough parking for everyone. Decent sized parking lot. Staff was super friendly the whole time we were there and they were super helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

The breakfast was decent. I assume the eggs are microwaved but in a buffet setting that's fairly normal. Each day brought a little variety, and every day was nicely set up. To be honest I've never had a bad experience at a best western anywhere in the country.

The breakfast buffet could stand to have a little more variety in the hot food department.

a good variety in breakfast! splendid staff who are willing to help anyone and everyone (shows how well the manager has trained his staff, well done) the new rooms look amazing as well! you should upload new photos for the rooms
