Room was great, but somehow I kept sneezing. I am allergic to feather down. There are two pillows that are not feather down & used those. I’m not sure if the mattress pad are down or the blanket, if so, please make it down free. 10% of the population are allergic to down.

My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The front desk clerks were AMAZING—especially Mike, who went above and beyond every single day. He gave me tips on the closest stores, where to order food, and the best ways to get around the city. I work in Customer Service myself, so I really appreciate great service when I see it. When I arrived, drenched in sweat from the humidity, Mike even offered me water without me asking—that small gesture really stood out. Throughout my stay, he was consistently gracious, attentive, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, with plenty of options to charge up before heading out. The women working the breakfast area were just as kind and helpful—they kept everything stocked and clean with a smile. (They really appreciate it if you slide them a couple dollars after you eat!) My room was a King non-smoking, and it was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfy—exactly what I needed after long days exploring the city. The location was also very convenient. I took public transportation from the airport and was dropped off just a block and a half from the hotel via subway. Getting around the city from here was super easy. There’s even a bike and scooter rental pickup half a block away. For quick essentials, there’s a 7-Eleven around the corner, plus a liquor store nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely return on my next trip.

"Good Hotel"

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Parking was $59 for one night. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Was only there for one night and the hotel totally served our purpose. Would stay there again.
