"This was exactly the room I didn’t want and I paid for the “premium” but was fooled because upon check in they said all"

Location is close to restaurants and stores.

It’s nothing like the photos. Also there is no “Premium king suite” so I paid for an upgrade and I received a standard and older king room with no upgrades, no toiletries, no mini bar snacks or drinks. The television in the “living area” didn’t work, the lamps didn’t turn on, the bathroom& living area had an overall wet dog smell that made me gag even after dousing it with perfume. There was no shower like the photo, it was a handicap roll in one.

I liked being greeted when I came through the door. I liked the room and it looked modern and fresh. I liked the evening reception and breakfast.

The bartender was rude and nasty.

"My stay was relaxing."

The breakfast was great! The layout of the hotel I enjoyed. It was nice to open the door and see the courtyard. The staff was friendly.

I didn't like that only one elevator worked and It closed fast on you when entering. The phones did not work to call the front desk and there were no phone numbers.
