The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok.

Unfortunately, it was bad from the start. The room had 2 TVs. The TV in the bedroom was offline although the one in the sitting room was working. The microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS and the roller that the glass plate sits on was broken. The cord on the landline phone was broken. To top things off, a $15.00 charge showed up on my credit card account. You have to pay for parking! They did take care of the 3 issues, but it greatly intruded on our afternoon/evening.

The front desk lady was very inconvenient. She shouted at me and behaved very badly while I was asking for my right. Customers should be treated accordingly even if customers are not convenient. I met a better person on the front desk when I check out.
