Apartmánový Garni Hotel Relax

Super dovolená . Pokoj s ledničkou a balkónem a pohledem na jezero . Pár schodů a jsme v plážovém baru s vynikajícím pivem a milým personálem a vstupem do vody. Ubytování proběhlo hladce v sousedním hotelu velmi blízkém, ve kterém se podávají i dobré snídaně Děkujeme

Snídaně velmi dobrá.

It's a scam. We are disappointed on 2 days we spent there. Very dirty and smelly. No resepsjon. No room service. No pool. The rooms is in 3rd floor without elevator. Do not come to this hotel.

The recepcionist was really nice. Also I asked the hotel to put in some flowers as a gift for my fiance because we went there on Valentines days, and they were really friendly and agreed. We Had to check in at an other hotel's recepcion what was told to me via email (on slovakian) so i had some trouble checnking in but the recepcionist came to us to help. Also when we told that the room is so bad we do not want to stay and rather go home, the immediately offered us an other room. We choose to get the money back instead and the were very cooperative.

We found several bugs in the room. 2 big spiders in different rooms. (not at the ceiling). And there were a lot if ants too. (10-20) The room was very small. it said family suite, but apart from the beds and hall there was no chairs or anything. But it did not matter when we saw the bugs we decided to leave, so we did not sleep there.

Sauna was closed for renovations they said. But I booked the hotel specially for the sauna. The room was to hot and only to cool down by opening the window. Check in in the other hotel was not ok, it was very hard to find in the dark.

Very nice location, pleasant bar with a terrace right next to the lake. Parking wasn't a problem.

The rooms were really hot and almost impossible to vent. If you open a window, you risk having mosquitos, wasps, Hornets or moths inside. But thats just the cost of being in nature I guess.
