On the main road and had a car rental on site too. Laundry facilities in site too. Staff were helpful.

Highly recommend. Cannot get anything better for this price; very clean and super convenient location. The lady at the reception, Mitchell, is amazing. Early check in and free airport pick up were greatly appreciated! The staff at the hotel made our stay in Saipan really easy and special. Thank you!

Most of the rooms have a painted over non opening window, so abit claustrophobic and dark but the staff lady gave us a room at the front, 301, which had 2 proper windows wirh good light. The hotel stated free airport return shuttle, but we were charged $20 for AP return. Earlier hotel reviews stated free shuttle but not so now. Location very central. Staff friendly.
