Morongo Casino Resort Spa

i was there on march 14 2024 and i was very violated and discriminated we went to good times cafe to order food but there was no table but the waitress told me to wait until a table comes available and there was a table available and another staff came and took two white male to a table when we were there in front of the desk it seems like they just didnt acknoledge when the girl at the front desk told the other waitress tthat we are sitting waiting for the table she place does two male person my husband presure went up so high we had to go to the emergency im trying to find a attorney but they said its an Indianreservation so they have thier own laws not california laws so its so ridiculos anyone that know someone that can help me would be very appreciated.

i got here at 11:30pm, have someone called the waitress 4 times, and the 5th time the supervisor came in to order the drink for me. and is 1:25am after 2 hours i haven't got my first drink.. really bad service i highly not recommend this place………

A few of my friends and I came here several months ago. I must say the casino is beautiful and is located near the Desert Premium Outlets. We didn't stay overnight but spent a full day. They have lots to do there including shopping and dining and of course gambling. Do some slots and blackjack, and we ate at Wahlbugers. The vibe was nice and we had a lot of fun. We all plan to go back soon and spend one night.

So we had enough of June gloom so we booked a Friday night at Morongo. We went in the morning after traffic so an easy 1 1/2 hour drive from Orange County. We booked a day bed at the pool, 2 lounges with shade cover for $135 if you have a players card. Great service, pool was nice. One thing we noticed was we were at around 85 degrees and Indio weather said 105, so if that is usual I don't know but it was cooler. Dinner at Cielo, this place was fantastic, great views and service. I would get there an hour before sunset to see the mountains. Really nice room with a piano player. After dinner they have a pool party friday nights, free for guests. Crowd was a little rough, as the entire place was, but it was free and fun, I am not a snob so ok with me, as long as we are all having fun. Inside a band at Wahlbergs. Beers were around $7.50 so they do not gouge you Slots were tight, but aren't they everywhere. We had a good time and it was much cheaper than a vegas trip

Very bad service at the front desk,as a member of their club ,the person that spends a lot of money in their casino ,whole experience was extremely poor and i was ashamed stay at all at this establishment.NEVER AGAIN Never again never again..

My wife and I stayed at Morongo Casino on Saturday of this Memorial Day weekend. Everything was very good except for one negative overriding factor! The level of smoke in the casino air was so strong both my wife and myself got ill from it and had to go up to our room to get a break from the eye stinging smoke in the casino. Morongo has improved greatly in other areas. They added a lot more new and fun slot machines, the Good Times Cafe has a very good food selection at fair prices with pleasant servers and a very nice atmosphere, and Pink coffee was very good for sweet treats. Free parking, casino comps, and overall positive customer service would have got this a 4 or 5 star review rating if it wasn’t for the detrimental smoke!

We had 5 rooms and we will never return. The room was nice but 95% of the staff were extremely rude. The bellman that took our luggage from the car said "I'll be 5-7 minutes behind you" but never came, when we called an hour later the rude person on the phone said it was our fault because we never called for our luggage? really? I have to ask call and ask when you say you'll be right there? We were having a wedding, some of the besides maids got together to exchange gifts and we had a visit from three armed security officers about a "noise complaint" at 8:30 PM!!! The staff was just horrible, we didn’t talk to a single person that was nice to us. I will make sure everyone we know hears about how terrible this place is. This was a first and last visit

My review is not based on gaming rather my experience as a whole. So we came here for a two night get away. My expectations were not high so my stay was pretty good. Pool. I was a bit disappointed. Getting some pool time and relaxing was one of the reasons for coming. Reason I was disappointed was there was no food or drink service. There was 2 people working however they were servicing the cabanas. If you attempted to approach them they were rude and dismissive. So if you wanted food and drinks you had to go inside which takes away from a relaxing time. Other than that the pool was fine. Was not quite pool season yet so not crowded and plenty of tubes available for lazy river. There was also plenty of open chairs. Room. Room was spacious and clean. I especially like the bathroom. Rooms come with free coffee with a Keurig and free water (which you can also get at any bar) Resort itself. There is really not much to do here other than gamble unless there is an event. Like many have said the slots are tight and do not pay out. Tables are ok but you wont be winning much there either. So if you go just for gambling make sure you bring enough money. Also, their rewards club is not the greatest. They want you to play slots which is where the casino makes money. There are several bars but no entertainment. No lounge or anything to do really. We spent our two nights at crystal hearts bar watching sports which was nice. Bartenders were nice but the drinks suck. Very light pour. Ordered drinks with tonic and all I could taste was the tonic. I dont blame the bartenders I honestly feel its policy and they do not have any wiggle room for a heavier pour. Plenty of free parking out front and in the parking garage. They also have valet for a fee. Did not eat here we opted to eat out at In N Out and Chipotle which were nearby. Could walk to them actually.

Stayed one night in two connecting rooms with my daughter and daughter-in-law. Room is very nice since it was updated a few years ago. We ate dinner at Cielo Steakhouse at the top floor of casino. The ambience wonderful and the waiter was very good at checking in with us to make sure we were doing alright. The casino is fun but machines were so tight. Didn't spend as much time gambling as planned because none of us were getting any bonuses. :( We stayed here mainly because we had planned a day at the Outlet Mall which is right next door. Was a beautiful day to walk the mall since the place is huge. This was our second time staying at this casino and enjoyed it just as much as the first time which was probably five years ago.
