"Noisy Hotel"

Not a great experience due to the noise from the freeway and 128th St. I had asked in the reservation special requests for a quiet top floor room. I checked in digitally but upon arriving at airport saw that they had put me on the second floor. I immediately called and they moved me to the top floor. But it was facing the noisy roads. If you’re light sleeper ask for a room on the side not facing the noisy roads. Also the only fruit at breakfast 3 days straight was some dismal brown apples- and we were there early. Not the standard for Holiday Inn. If your banana and orange delivery didn’t come in, there is a grocery store within walking distance, where we went for fruit.

A crackhead started a fire outside the hotel and almost burned a wing of the property. Big drama ensued. Super clean rooms. Hotel is slowing it's age and the breakfast sucks.

The worst customer service! We paid and confirmed the booking and they called me at 10:20pm no voicemail and I have to call them back after our conference to find out they do not have a room for us! No apologies and until now no reimbursement. We have to drive home with 2 kids!
