Hotel Punta San Martino

The location is the best. Top of the hill overlooking the town and bay. Around a 15 mins walk into the town It was early season so the pool not yet open. Restaurant and staff were excellent. In fact it was the best place to eat in town. Locals using it was an excellent advert,

The hotel is a bit of a maze but once you have been there a while it’s easy to figure out.

Grösse des Zimmers sowie die Aussicht sind top. Sehr ruhig, da effektiv oben am Hang gelegen. Frühstück toll - von süss bis salzig, frisches Obst, tolle Auswahl an Joghurts & Nüssen. Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ebenfalls toll. Pool war noch nicht befüllt - mit Sicherheit toll, da sehr gross.

4-Sterne-Haus und kein Haartrockner? Alles sehr verwinkelt, d.h. Über viele Treppen erreichbar. Schade, dass man kein Plan bekommt um sich zu orientieren. Routenplaner führt gleich zum „oberen“ Parkplatz. Dieser ist kostenpflichtig 15 Euro pro Tag - beim Check- in wird man aber nicht nochmals auf diese Zusatzkosten hingewiesen. Personal etwas unflexibel, wenn man Kutaxe gleich bei der Ankunft bezahlen will - erwad befremdend, wurde man im Vorfeld oer Mail angeschrieben, dass diese separat zu entrichten sei .. Ebenfalls ein No-Go Taube, die in den Frühstücksrsum kommt und sich am Boden von den Speisen bedient, die runtergefallen sind.

Die Lage ist wirklich schön und das Frühstück war gut. Der Funiculare zur Stadt ist originell und ein kleines Erlebnis.

Wir bekamen erst ein Zimmer, das nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Der Tauschvorgang zog sich hin, das Check-In-Personal und vor allem der Kofferträger wirkten dabei sehr genervt. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und das Hotel insgesamt haben auf uns kühl und abweisend, fast düster gewirkt. Der Hauptpool war im Umbau und daher leer, der zweite, eigentlich sehr schöne Pool war abgesperrt und ebenfalls nicht benutzbar. Warum wird darauf nicht bei der Buchung hingewiesen?

We loved the location so much. The service was excellent, especially at the rooftop bar. The food in the evening was amazing, and the staff were very professional. Everything was clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful on our stay. The room was very comfortable and the sea views along Arenzano town were amazing. The dining for Breakfast was very nice with a lot of different choices. Dining was enjoyed both indoors and outdoors with beautiful sea views.

Posizione tranquilla, si sentiva il rumore del mare dalla stanza e nessuna macchina. La terrazza della colazione è uno spettacolo della natura!
