Stay In CR Los Sueños Condos

Property is very well maintained. Easy access to it.

Comfortable and quite surroundings.

Listing is misleading - here is no beach to speak of; the condos are a long way away from everything and not really part of the ocean front development as indicated; the food, drinks and meals are very expensive.

The cleanliness of the place and the convenience of getting around.

Prices of food were overcharged. You supposedly get 15% for being client but they charge you IVA and service when it was already included in price in menu. So those were charged twice. Got cheaper ptices at Marriott without discount.

Very nice and spacious apartment with all equipment we needed. Lovely balcony overlooking the 16th tee, with sea view in the distance. Access to the beach club with pool and swim up bar. washing machine very useful as all hotels we stayed in CR didn’t have the facilities. Great beach bars and restaurants outside the complex within 10-15 min walk

The property is in a gated community which feels a bit oppressive to me, but of course it felt very safe. The air con and fans were constantly on, it didn’t feel like there was any consideration for the environment

We arrived late with a paper instruction on how to get in. The instructions to use the key pad omitted information and we needed to call. We finally figured it out on our own but had the instructions included the Asterix (which was missing) it would have been perfect.
