Excellent, hormis le volume des enceintes du bar après-ski.

Our third or fourth time. Very convenient great for the family, on the slopes

Beds were not comfortable and and the double bed was not even the same level, 1 soft, 1 hard mattress... Spare pillow would also be appreciated

Location is great for skiing - right on the slopes. We didn't use the ski room as we stayed in the Residences so our apartment was closer than the ski room. If you use the parking, you can access your building directly via lift.

Staff on reception are rude and unwelcoming. Even though we had an email from the hotel reception saying our parking was included in our booking, when we checked in we were bluntly told that the person who told us that had made a mistake and we had to pay. We asked to pay for one night as we arrived late and it was snowing and wanted to unpack under cover with children but were told we could only pay for all nights or none. We had an extended stay with them and there was no flexibility following their mistake. Our room needed a good clean. Our sofa bed was covered in bits/hairs/dust from past guests. Our bed sheets had fluff on. I swept the floor when I arrived as it was also dusty. Our room was cold, even with the heating turned up to full at 30 degrees. I think this is due to gaps in the windows as we could hear the wind whistling through. During our 10 day stay, no one ever asked us if everything was ok with our stay. We had no instructions on what was required to check out. The hotel is very disappointing and over priced for what you they delivering. It is very dated outside and is now starting to look dated inside. This is our third stay with them - we stay due to the location but this is probably the last time. If the staff could be more welcoming and the rooms/buildings maintained, this would be a great place to stay.

Location to slopes and lifts

Staff were very unhelpful and rude- arrived after a long day. Had booked a one bed apartment and when got to room it was a studio room. Went to reception a they insisted it was the correct room and I had to show them photos of the room on booking.com (we had also stayed previously in a one bed apartment). They went off behind the scenes for a considerable amount of time and I had to keep asking for updates. We were also charged for parking which we understood was including. When we asked if we could just park for the night of arrival we were told no it was either for the full stay or not at all. As we arrived at 10pm we had little choice with ski gear etc to find an alternative parking. Found the staff very rude and unhelpful

Ottima la posizione di fronte alle piste e comprensorio sciistico bellissimo. Camere molto pulite, comodo il balcone vista piste. Comodissimi i due bagni.

L'appartamento era un pò piccolo per 4 persone adulte.
