I booked my stay and paid for my room using hotel.com and did not expect to have to pay more money for a deposit when I got to the physical location. I did not have any more money and tried to charge it to my credit card and it was declined. So I lost all my money for the room that I paid in full earlier that day and had no place to sleep and feel like I was scammed.

I was very happy with our stay, we own our business and I can't be overly picky our outright rude with businesses today. I can, but why I feel just honest truthful review and not putting them down helps more. It's hard to find an employee today that really cares about thier job and does it right and reports broken items or things that need fixed. Our room was clean the area quiet and comfortable, people were quiet, plenty of space in room. If I had to say anything was wrong the knobs on ac were broke and turned backwards but I figured it out. The vents on a were dirty I just cleaned them. Bathtub drained really slow but did drain all the way eventually, body wash and shampoo werw both empty but they still provided soaps and I always bring my own other. With me yes I would want employee to have done these things or maintenance man, or inspection of room better. But overall I was fine and had a quiet comfy stay.

It was pretty bad had to go through 3 different rooms and the third finally being the most clean out of them still not very clean at all. The first room had roaches all on the bathroom sink had to change the second room wasn’t even cleaned at all bed still not even made. The third room the floor and bathroom looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I had to clean the toilet down before we could use it we did not shower because of how bad the shower looked. We also didn’t bring any belongings into the building.

Enjoyed my stay. Great location
