Sou cliente desde 2017. O ponto forte desse hostel é pra quem gosta de sossego, nao tem gritaria, confusão, tv alta, ninguem conversa em tom de voz alto, principalmente de noite. Tem hostels que ja fiquei que infelizmente era barulhento de TV e conversa até 3, 4 da manhã, o Hostel Santana nao, pra mim é ideal local super tranquilo, me sinto segura. Sempre que viajo pra São Paulo eu fico nesse hostel, gosto do atendimento da Karla ela é gente boa, da localização e do preço. Sempre me fornecerem cobertor e a cama cheirosa bem confortável e organizada, a cozinha possui todos os equipamentos necessários e o banheiro também não tem do que reclamar, só agradecer!
