Close to everything

The beds were to hard. Everyone in our group said the same thing. The fridge also froze the milk and drinks.

Front desk staff member was wonderfully kind & very helpful. She’s a star! Bed was comfortable, great aircon, perfect location close to everything.

The shower had ZERO water pressure, would go from boiling hot to ice cold (very hazardous for young children) Carpet damaged (looks like it’s been eaten, potentially from carpet bugs) rooms need a good update & tidy. Room had a toaster & microwave but no cutlery, bowls or plates are supplied. Pool(s) are very old and outdated.

Exceptional Customer Service. Room was great size. Really good experience overall

Few cracks in the celing and wall in the bathroom; bathroom still functional but could do with a bit of an uplift.

not having to pay in advance and reasonable in price what you get.

cobwebs, can feel the springs in the beds and hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet seat. sink taps didn't work too well. this was my experience.
