La peor parte fue el personal en la atención a los clientes, el menú del bufet deberían variarlo un poco y los entretenimientos tanto matutinos como nocturnos deberían mejorarlos.

The beach was really good, the food was tasty, most of the waiters were really nice, the pool was ok, the room was nice.

We complain about the phone in the room twice and they didn't resolve it. They should uptaded the system to make reservations in the restaurants. We waste almost 40 minutes in the line to made a reservation and at the end didn't get the restaurant that we want. There's no information in the room about the services and facilities and in the reception they didn't tell us either. There weren't any person staff in the door of the Octopus Restaurant and there were a lot of people in the line in the stairs which was unsafe.
