The Breakfast offerings were fine, my room was clean, but the flooring was coming up in my room. If I were running a hotel , I would provide the rooms that are in better repair to early guests with the guests arriving later with rooms that were needing refurbishing.

See above. Tabitha was very helpful and pleasant. Seems like the printer was not working properly....not a big deal. How about Dunkin Donut or better blend coffee.

"Perfect Experience"

The location was convenient for my needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a variety of fresh foods for the continental breakfast, including a self-service waffle station. Bed was comfortable and room contained a mini fridge. Also, it was amazingly quiet despite my room facing the turnpike. I slept like a baby! All in all, this booking was a delight.

The shower knob was a little confusing, but that happens at every hotel. There really should just be an industry standard!
