well the food only was good to my satisfaction I was so dissapointed I even check out day before my departure time it was just boring.In addition to that housekeeping won 't clean the room if i don't call around like 4 or 5 pm for them to come check the room and even when kousekeeping clean my room 1503 building 15 they don't change the bed sheet.

Having been to many resorts in the Samaná region, I found the services given just good. What I really didn't like was the condition of the pool. It was completely empty even at mid day. The pool was green with algea and had what looked like hair and other things floating in the water.
