The front desk Man was rude to start. The hallway smells and dirty. Peoples all loud in the hallway. The room floor was not clean . Roaches came put soon as they smelled my food .the bed was not clean and made right The bathroom toilet was nasty the microwave was nasty it was horrible.

The manager the white lady that sits at the front desk is rude and always causing drama she never makes coffee in the morning time for us to drink. She always has a. Bad attitude and have real bad customer service I will not be renting here again and I will let others not to rent here as well

My room had roaches, I checked out and they wouldn't get me a refund.

everything. It was disgusting, covered in roaches and roach traps. Hot water and wifi did not work. As well as the phone didnt work. The office was closed when i went to confront the issue and the owner in response cursed me out on the phone and called me a liar. He then called the police to my hotel room with false accusations due to me reporting the issues to him. I will never come back to this hotel.
