The location was good. The breakfast was bad

The breakfast was stale cereal , no milk, and bad black coffee .

I hate this place, especially the female receptionist.

I rented a room for 3 nights. When I arrived, there was a power outage at the inn. The male receptionist informed me and I happily accepted at 1:00am. I received the room key at first ok but after the 3rd time unlocking it it didn't work. I called customer service and they told me to find a locksmith because evenings are not their office hours??? After that, I had to go to 7-Eleven and sleep until morning. When I got back into the room, I discovered that the air conditioner was broken. I asked to change rooms. They gave me a room without a temple and forced me to pay an additional $21 while the facilities were terrible. I complained to the female receptionist, she kicked me out of the inn but still took the room fee for 3 nights. It's terrible. I don't know how to contact Booking about this?

Didn’t stay there was no power because of the hurricane.

I booked it through booking.com, got there, and the place had no electricity… I couldn’t stay! How do I get my money back.
