The property was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. There were always sunbeds around the pool as well as sunbeds leading down to the beach. The music around the pool was amazing, and this sounds strange but the lifts were exceptional: super quick & smooth.

The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so you don’t really get to see much of Cyprus if you’re staying there. The all-inclusive alcohol was also quite poor, which was disappointing. A few of the facilities were either closed or just not in use, and it definitely took away from the overall feel of the place. Parts of the hotel just felt a bit flat because of it. Some of the extra charges felt a bit cheeky too. Things like tennis or padel being around €30 seemed steep for what it is. The spa was probably the biggest let-down. Prices are on par with a five-star London hotel, but the actual experience doesn’t come close. The steam room wasn’t great, and while the sauna itself was decent, it didn’t feel particularly safe. What stood out though is that both the sauna and steam room sit outside the actual spa area. It gives the impression they weren’t originally part of a paid spa setup, but have been pulled into it later on so you now have to buy a spa package to use them. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it just doesn’t quite live up to what you’d expect.

The location and the staff. Beautiful beach, nice pool area and view and we were upgraded to the all inclusive package upon arrival, at no cost.

The Jet2 weddings almost every night ( 5 out of 7 nights stayed). We had beachfront rooms and the music and the party guests were so loud that it was impossible to sleep before 23.00. This is supposedly a family hotel with lots of families with young children. The balcony doors and windows are not sound proof, we could hear every word of the sing song and the post-music drunken arguments below. There is no security guard or dedicated staff on-site and the poor receptionists are not able to deal with the noise or the drunk guests. The facilities, although beautifully situated with a nice court yard, are old and not very well kept. There is black mould in several places in the spa / indoor swimming pool. The hotel, especially the outdoor and indoor pools, is in dire need of a renovation. The all inclusive food and drinks are cheap and not at all attractive, most of the food on the buffet is pre-prepared and not warm enough, the fruit salad for example comes in a big bag that gets emptied into the bowls on the buffet, the bread is bake-up style. Salad, omelettes, freshly cut fruits and other non-processed food items were tasty. The drinks available for purchase are the same drinks as those included in the all inclusive. Only one type of wine available, which was undrinkable. We would have paid for a nice bottle of wine on several occasions but there was none available. We ended up eating and drinking mostly outside of the hotel, despite having the complimentary all inclusive package. There are several nice restaurants in close vicinity to the hotel and in the end we did have a nice stay, despite the disturbances and the food and drinks quality.
