"Hôtel agréable et personnel à l’écoute, mais quelques services pourraient être améliorés"

Personnel à l’écoute et soucieux de trouver des solutions. Nous avons séjourné dans l’établissement dans un contexte particulier de grève nationale du personnel hôtelier, ce qui a quelque peu impacté notre séjour. Le droit de grève est bien entendu légitime. Malgré ces circonstances, nous avons pu nous organiser et trouver de quoi nous restaurer à proximité, notamment grâce à Domino’s Pizza, ce qui a été appréciable.

L’absence de navette vers l’aéroport est regrettable. Le taxi réservé à l’avance par la réception était tout à fait satisfaisant, mais compte tenu du tarif des chambres, ce service de transfert pourrait être proposé par l’établissement afin d’améliorer encore l’expérience des clients.
