Die Unterkunft ist seht schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Mittags-Snacks waren sehr gut und die Liegestühle sehr bequem.

Das ganze Hotel ist eher auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Resorts. Die Buffet-Auswahl ist etwas fragwürdig und das Frühstück sollte optimiert werden. Wichtig: Leider befindet sich das Hotel nicht gerade im schönsten Viertel Kretas. Ich würde nie wieder an diesen Ort gehen, wenn man schon für tollen Urlaub in Griechenland zahlt würde ich eher die Seite von Chania empfehlen. Der Weg vom Hotel zum Strand sollte dringend überdacht werden.

Well, where can I start from? The hotel is amazing; the staff, the food, the location, everything! We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, half-board, and we arrived at the hotel super early (around 8:45), left our luggage at the reception and went to eat a great breakfast! We then got our room after about an hour later (~9:30), which is amazing given the original check-in time is at 15:00! The room was spotless EVERY DAY. I honestly could barely find dust, if any, on the usual places (and even the unusual ones!) where other hotels would just leave it to accumulate until you're breathing it in daily. The coffee Nespresso pods, instant coffee and teas, as well as a 1 liter bottle were given every day with the room being cleaned. The room is also a proper 5-star one. Everything looks and feels so nice and clean. Well done! The food was tasty, and you honestly had lots of options to choose from, with sweets, salads, and the usual things you can find in a 5-star hotel buffet. The restaurant was amazing and could easily handle hundreds of people, so seating won't be a problem for you! The hotel's staff was ALWAYS helpful, smiling, and ready to assist in everything you needed. If you need a taxi (like we did), 1 call from the reception and you'll have a taxi in 5 minutes, no matter the time! The hotel has 2 places right next to the reception where you can rent a car (ONE car rentals), and you also have a guest relations office where you can find trips around Crete! We have rented a car for a few days from the hotel's car rental, and honestly, we got an amazing deal which is way more expensive on their site! All the cars you rent will have the full insurance included because of the hotel's policy (a big plus!), so no worrying about that! The renting process is quick and easy.

Nothing and no one is perfect, and, if being SUPER CRITICAL, there were some TINY things that could be a little bothersome to others; The pool was a little dirty with bugs and other debris from the wind, and the water had a little bad smell to it (probably because of the rains and the rainy weather we had the first 2 days of our stay), and the pool was cleaned only 1 day before our check-out day, and even then still had a little debris inside it. The pool cleaner entered the room without prior notice, so it was a little weird and unexpected. At night, only the pool had lighting, while the bamboo gates surrounding both sides of the pool and outside area did not, and this was true to the other rooms in our layout. (Our room was 2116), while the room next to the restaurant had lights. The food can get a little bit repetitive each morning and evening, although the standard is still high. It also would've been nice to have labels for EVERY meal to know exactly what you're choosing because you might miss out on a great-looking meal without knowing what it is! Honestly, even with these small inconveniences, my point still stands—book this hotel, what you see on the pictures is what you get. Totally worth it!

Salle de sport petite donc rapidement occupée. Les chambres à proximité des locaux pour le personnel de ménage peuvent se révéler un peu bruyantes tôt le matin…

La qualité des infrastructures (chambre, piscines, parties communes), la diversité du buffet et la disponibilité du personnel.
