Breakfast was nice.& the staff were really cordial and helpful esp. a big thanks to Nadeem.

Breakfast was bad. Location was terrible. Surrounded by liqour shops and drunk creeps. Not a place for families.

The attitude of the staff was awful. This is a Service Apartment not a hotel There is no food available except an awful breakfast. Request for food were not acceded to by the staff. They do not accept debit or credit cards. Avoid the place.

Made a big mistake staying here. We experienced Continuous power tripping due to faulty wiring. Couldn't sleep the whole night as every 30 mins we had to reset the mains using the key switch as instructed by the manager. Hotel probably knew about this issue, belatedly agreeing the next day that power fluctuations were causing the tripping. Please note that there is No restaurant service at the hotel. Breakfast was pathetic as well as enough for only half the guests, as when we arrived at 9, only one item was available. Basic items like a kettle in the room was not available. Ville de 45 needs a wake up call. For the rates charged, better find other alternatives.

The property has a nice ambience. It is new but has a heritage look. There is a common balcony which could have been a great place to relax, but which was not utilized well by the hotel.

The service was quite poor. The complimentary breakfast didn't even include bananas or any other fruit! The restaurant was not functioning, the hotel doesn't have a liquor license, and even the tea and coffee maker were only provided to us on the last day and without teacups.

Very cordial staff and veey good ambience..Beautiful property..Overall an excellent stay
