Guests arriving outside check-in hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to organise their arrival. The reception opening hours : * Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, * Friday and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, * Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (one bath mat and one dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (up to 5 devices for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes, excluding city tax and handling fees. For any invoice request, please note that the invoicing name must be identical to the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set out in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. A credit card is the only accepted method of payment. The residence features a semi-covered swimming pool of 100 m², with a depth ranging from 0.75 m to 1.35 m, as well as a terrace and solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols, subject to availability. The semi-covered pool area is open daily from 4 April 2026 to 1 November 2026. Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping, according to the number of occupants in the accommodation, are available at an additional cost. Guests may also reserve the exact location of their accommodation for an additional fee by contacting the residence directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
