OYO Hotel Rosenberg TX I-69

Love it

The room was disgusting. It was not clean. There were roaches crawling in the room and on the bed.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. This seems to be a place with lots of long-term patrons staying there and that actually made me feel safe as a visitor in their community. This is certainly not the fanciest motel in the area and I really just needed somewhere to rest on my way home and the OYO Rosenberg was a very good solution..

This place was disgusting! Old mattresses were stacked up on the back of the property. There were no light bulbs in the lamps. Bugs were in the bathtub and on the mattress. The door would not lock. The place was not safe for a family. Upon inspection, we asked for our money back, but manager refused. We went and paid for another hotel room. Do not book, do not stay, do not step foot on the property. I would not be so upset if I would have been refunded my money. This place should be condemned!

I only reserved because it was a 2 bedroom and I check in and it was unavailable so they gave us 1 room with 2 beds. Then I asked for non smoking and got a smoking room with nothing but cigarette butts under the beds!! I told them about it and they gave me a broom to sweep!! Oh and remote didn’t work!! No hot water either and sheets didn’t look like it had been changed! We went out and bought our own blankets and pillows it was gross!!! I had already checked in and wouldn’t get a refund so had to stay!!

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this property. I arrived at 1:00am on Saturday 3/15/35 (my reservation was 3/14-3/16), with my 4 children only to be turned away by a very rude guy at the desk who looked at me and said “I don’t have any rooms, I don’t know what to tell you, figure it out.” When I asked how do you not have a room if I have a reservation he just shrugged his shoulder and showed me a computer saying they no availability , but never even looked up my name at all. Even when my husband called, he was rude and couldn’t provide any information. I was still charged for the room and they put “NO SHOW” as the reason for the charge, I still haven’t even got my refund resolved and had to find a room in the middle of the night with an infant and 3 other children that cost me double because of the whole situation. Mi have NEVER been so disappointed in all my years of using Expedia.

It was horrible!. Roaches EVERYWHERE an holes all over the doors inside an the main door didn’t even shut all the way it was damaged on the bottom.

House keepers were awesome & attentive to my room & needs, they were very friendly, understanding & supportive on a personal level.

Room heater didn't work it shut off during the snow days we had in January. Room had ants I asked management to assist yet I was ignored. Requested a chair to aid my college studies never received one .

I checked in late and wasn’t feeling well. Got in the room went to sleep. Woke up early the next morning for a cheer competition and realized how nasty the room was. The corners were filthy, the counters were filthy, spider webs on the walls, the plug was broken and a hazard to use, beds were hard, the lock on the door had definitely been kicked in and didn’t work. This is by far the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. After our cheer competition at 12:30 I went to the office and told them I was leaving and how gross the room was. I asked for my second night refunded and they declined since it was after check out time at 11. We left anyways. The people under my room were smoking weed and had dogs yapping constantly. If I could give a negative review I would. It’s also run down. The exterior paint is chipping and just looks like it’s not taken care of.

It was bug infested
