Staff welcoming and helpful. Family room very good. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable and arranged room service with most amazing burgers - beautifully presented. Use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi was an added bonus especially after travelling. Staff there also very helpful and positive.

Nothing terrible: Just breakfast was luke warm and staff there could have been a little more attentive.

Lovely room, very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was so lovely with plenty of choice. Only big gripe was parking which was non existent. You could be driving around for ages trying to get a spot or else get clamped!
