Un hotel muy agradable y acogedor y, lo que es muy importante, en un lugar privilegiado: en pleno centro de Madrid. Quisiera destacar lo amables que han sido todas las personas que trabajan en él, desde las mujeres del mostrador a las señoras que servían el desayuno, las de la limpieza... todo el personal encantador. La habitación fantástica: bastante grande, con aire acondicionado, limpia y con un buen baño. La verdad es que he quedado muy satisfecho con mi estancia. ¡Muchas gracias!

Lo único que no me gustó es que lo encontré un poco caro, pero también se ha de tener en cuenta la excelente ubicación del hotel.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, breakfast was great.

It was a heat wave when we were there and the room AC struggled to cool the room down but this was a minor issue for us.

Location was perfect in walking distance of everything you need to see in Madrid

My room faced a courtyard in the interior of the building but some type of access to ac units for the building
