"Racism in magnolia"

I am a 29 year old Black male From Michigan I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and the last day the manager a white male called the room number at 6:30am this morning say I owed charges I needed to settle before check out I said ok I will be down before check out which is 11:00am so at 10:20 employees come to my room I told them I would be down before I leave and that I already had talked to the front desk they said ok and as I walk out my room there standing there 2 white males looking like the klu klux klan standing outside my room saying there about to call the law the police and so I lost it I had every intention on settling my bill I was about to go to jail because I was upset at the situation disorderly as they said so after yelling cussing at the manager like I’m broke the police said pay and leave which I did Black people please don’t stay here this situation was totally uncalled for

Our room flooded. My brothers pants we soaked. They moved us to another room but it only had one bed. My brother sleep in the chair. My son had to stay with relatives because there wasn’t room for him. The manager said she was going to give us a suite for the last night. That didn’t happen. She lied and didn’t comp us for the inconvenience. If I have another choice I would never stay there again. We couldn’t get towels. It was the worse experience ever. Customer service was awful. We were there for 4 nights.
