"A convenient place to stay ."

A comfortable stay to be near the airport . The staff were very helpful polite and friendly .

The added car parking cost is a bit steep but I did know that before we stayed . Also bar and food prices were quite expensive .

"Amazingly friendly staff and great facilities."

Ruby the deputy manager and the other person on duty were absolutely amazing. The welcome and level of friendly service we received was way beyond expectations. Thank you so much. It felt like we had come to visit old friends! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting a hotel near the airport.

Thought it was daylight robbery charging £22 for car park. Not much choice on dinner menu, breakfast great.

Location good; close to Coombe Lodge Wedding venue as well as airport. Room comfortable. Plenty of on site parking available.

There was long wait to check in as receptionist was alone and busy for a long time. The restaurant gives the vibes of a 'canteen'. Speed of service could be improved a little. Car park fee of £22 per night is exorbitant!

"Nice Hotel"

Nice comfy bed, everything you could possibly need, we stayed for one night, before our flight from Bristol, very comfortable, nice food in the restaurant, would recommend.
