It’s a convenient location if you arrive late night o need to travel early morning. Breakfast offered is good, better than two years ago. Coffee maker was not clean, too cold the room, and excessive light from the exterior despite the shades. No water bottles as courtesy! Booked only for convenience, excessive price for the services offered.

This was the perfect place to stay for our short overnight in San Juan prior to boarding for our cruise. The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to the airport, so it was just a short 5 minute walk from baggage claim to the lobby to check-in. The gym was amazing and could rival some small gyms. The free breakfast in the morning had lots of options, including an omelette station. The building does have some age that is noticeable in a few places, but recent renovations make those few places seem inconsequential. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at the El San Juan Hotel! One of the highlights for me was how beautifully the hotel catered to guests attending the Bad Bunny residency. From the music at the pool to the entertainment throughout the property, everything had such a fun and thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. It created such a lively atmosphere while still maintaining the elegance and comfort the hotel is known for. I truly appreciated that extra detail and it made my stay unforgettable. I look forward to returning and continuing to make memories at this incredible hotel for years to come!
