Holiday Inn Express & Suites White Haven - Poconos by IHG

Good breakfast and coffee machines. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Exercise room and pool (which we didn't use), but looked clean and well-maintained.

Too close to the highway, and we had rooms on the highway side, might have been less noisy on the parking lot side. The ice machine on the 2nd floor (where the room was) was broken, so I had to go to either 1 or 3. The bed is too soft. Noisy people running around late at night, either next to us, above us, or beside us, we couldn't tell. (not the hotel's fault). Would recommend staying on the top (3rd) floor.

Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Loved that the pool area was warm and hot tub. Staff friendly and always with a smile. All areas clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The only issue I had was the last night there. A very large group of kids. I believe maybe a band concert came in for the night. You could them through the ceiling. It was loud and frustrating when trying to sleep. The rooms are not very sound proof.

Staff was accommodating; rooms were clean and spacious for the size of our family and pet.

Sofa bed mattress was old and limp, our daughters did not sleep well. Reviews stated that breakfast was a highlight - however our expectations were deflated; breakfast was mediocre.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean
